Uses:
TORH-1 catalyst was developed by China Petrochemical Research Institute of Petroleum and Chemical Industry. It is mainly used to remove olefins in reforming oil, raffinate oil and BTX distillate oil. The agent uses macroporous new alumina as the carrier; It has the characteristics of high activity, good stability, and low aromatic hydrocarbon loss. The catalyst does not need to be pre-sulfided for start-up.
Performance evaluation:
This technology has a reaction temperature of 120170℃, a pressure of 1.62.5MPa, a hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio of 26:1, and a weight space velocity of 515h-1. The bromine index of the product is less than 200mgBr/100g, and the aromatics loss is less than 0.2%. TORH-1 catalyst can be regenerated more than twice, and the total life span is not less than 10 years. The industrial application results of multiple devices show that there are five advantages in completely replacing clay and refined preparations containing molecular sieve:
(1) Realize olefin saturation and meet the quality requirements of oil and aromatics;
(2) Improve the color of oil products Enhance the competitiveness of products in the market;
(3) Realize the olefin saturation of the raffinate oil, which can be directly used as the downstream ethylene chemical raw material;
